Gentle Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Stretching is an all levels class. Class will begin with a warm-up to gently open the body. After our warm-up, class will progress into deeper yoga postures to open the hips, shoulders and activate the core. Class concludes with a series of cooling restorative stretches and a short final relaxation.
