The team approach to interdisciplinary care begins with establishing a group of practitioners with the common goal of optimum function and esthetics for the patient. This program will introduce the steps that are needed to achieve that success. 

Educational Objectives: 
• Discuss the influence of the periodontist, orthodontist and restorative dentist in team treatment planning. 
• Understand the role of new technology in the hard and soft tissue site development and tooth positioning, including the impact on the final restorative plan. 
• Recognize a treatment protocol that will enable practitioners to deliver an implant-supported restoration in the ideal prosthetic position.
