Reducing taxes, wise planning for retirement and optimizing a practice transition and sale of the practice should be every dentist’s goal. Smart tax planning yields additional cash flow, and coupled with consistent savings, will provide a money pool for retirement. There 
are a multitude of approaches to practice transitions, and several of the best will be outlined for a roadmap.
