There are many ways to augment a ridge. This presentation will focus on the use of autogenous soft tissue grafts as a method of restoring lost ridge volume and topography. A discussion of procurement strategies, as well as surgical and restorative manipulation of autogenous soft tissue grafts, will be covered.
