Fabricating immediate implant-supported provisional restorations translates into less number of clinical procedures, enhanced patient comfort and preservation and development of harmonious soft tissue profiles. These interim restorations facilitate the introduction of progressive occlusal loading, and are a valuable communication tool for the execution of the final prosthesis.
