When challenging alveolar defects for implant reconstruction require space maintenance, titanium mesh is often chosen. This presentation will showcase titanium mesh with different biologic modifiers like PDGF, BMP or cellular allografts. Case presentation and literature review will be utilized to share how such a unique approach can predictably obtain quality bone augmentation.
