Patients with a history of periodontitis have an increased risk of peri-implantitis. Therapies proposed for the management of peri-implant diseases focus on infection control and healing. In this presentation, a structured program for non-surgical and surgical therapies of peri-implant mucositis and periimplantitis will be discussed.
