Optimum utilization of social media can be challenging because of its broad spectrum and diversity. This course will review how web-based technology can play a key role in shaping a successful periodontal practice. In addition, web-based marketing focusing on practice growth and development will be discussed. A protocol for the effective installation of a social media campaign will be demonstrated, both on a global and private practice scale.
