As the indications for osseointegration have increased, so has the need for rejuvenation of the deformed and diseased alveolar ridge. Indications are functional and cosmetic. Both situations have seen great improvements in the technology, and less aggressive techniques. This presentation will describe some of the soft and hard tissue innovations, which have improved the results for the patient with less time and trauma.
