In an environment that is rapidly changing it is never too early to start building out your own succession plan. Panel members will offer unique insights about the succession planning process from the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives. Topics to be discussed include realistic timelines, how to manage the “tug of war” between lawyers and accountants, the bundle of emotions from each point of view and ways to successfully transition roles within the firm.
