Shipping & Returns

Mobiltape Company, Inc. allows a processing time of up to 2 business days before webstore products are shipped out. The amount of shipping time depends on the shipping method picked by the customer.  All rushed shipping methods, such as 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day Air, must be purchased on our webstore by 3 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday to receive the package in the allotted time. Orders are only processed Monday to Friday 8 am to 3 pm Pacific Standard Time, and orders placed Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday at 8 am. International shipping cannot be rushed, and will be held to the same processing time. There is no rushing option for international shipments, and Worldwide Expedited will be used.

All physical products purchased are non-refundable once they have been shipped out, and all electronic products are non-refundable once the order has been processed. All products are covered by a lifetime guarantee, and defective products will be replaced free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss replacement options for any products that you are having trouble with.
