In this session, 55+ housing industry experts will discuss the changes in the sector, focusing on demographics, planning, amenities, floor plans, features and products. Builders will address the economics of then and now, products being bought or leased, sales and confidence levels and the need for affordable housing. An architect will speak about innovative site plans, home designs, amenities and floor plans; and an interior designer will round out the session by talking about features and products that make buyers and renters say wow.
