During this fast-paced, interactive session, watch as a floor plan design is created and refined right before your eyes! Using the tools in the new IBS Tech Hub, a leading residential architect will demonstrate best practices for quality plan design and create a plan specifically for today’s 50+ home buyer. A panel of industry professionals will provide analysis and insights based on the 50+ buyer and criteria of a project description and market study. Throughout the course of the session, the design will be refined and the final sketch will be made available for use in your business.
