What's high performance worth? This session will focus on the valuation of high performance residential properties and the differences between a high performance home and a standard code-built home. The Residential Green and Energy Efficient Addendum will be explained, including how it can be used by appraisers, builders and home owners. Appraiser selection and competency will also be addressed.
