Many builders still use a “one-size-fits-all” construction agreement for projects, and that would be fine if all clients wanted the same arrangement. But that’s not the case. Today clients are looking for ways to get the most value for the least amount of money, and they
are willing to take-on some construction risks to get it. Panelists will review the pros and cons of five construction agreements, and discuss how to effectively manage change orders. By the end of this session, you will have a better understanding of agreements, change orders, special conditions and clauses—to help you match your agreements with customers and still turn a profit you’ll be excited about.
