Today aesthetic rehabilitation requires a multidisciplinary interaction which is increasingly intense. Separate specialties often lead to patient dissatisfaction with the result. The digital workflow with the union of pink and white aesthetic is the big key for predictability and success in aesthetic rehabilitations. The correct design of gingival margin will significantly affect the overall appearance of the restorations, and the development of scalloped interdental papillae is equally paramount to restorative success. Tooth morphology can only be re-established in a natural way when the soft tissue is compatible with aesthetic principle. Therefore, periodontics is a very important and indispensable tool to achieve excellence in aesthetic zone combining pink and white aesthetic. The main point of this presentation is to show how periodontal plastic surgery combined with implant or natural teeth restoration can improve aesthetic results in complex cases by using predictable and simple digital workflow to achieve better results for the patients. We will show how we did it in the past, how we do this procedure now, and how we will do it in the future.
