The panelists will discuss the myths and facts of this immense, diverse and emerging buyer segment whose use and understanding of technology is as important as breath itself. Three different community types attractive to the Millennial will be discussed and a design case study illustrating the development of a plan for one of those communities will be presented. Examples of interior design and digital marketing strategies specifically targeted to this demographic will also be shared.
