Gingival recession around dental implants in the esthetic zone is a problem often faced in everyday practice. The use of connective tissue to augment such areas has been an important surgical technique utilized by numerous clinicians. This presentation will attempt to demonstrate unique and innovative techniques and concepts to help the clinician obtain a predictable result.
