What It’s About:
Custom builders and remodelers have many titles: salesperson, designer, estimator and production manager, to name a few. Too often, however, the title of "Chief Experience Officer" is lacking, which results in beautiful homes, but unhappy clients. The result is many lost referrals. This advanced session will cover essential elements for developing a raving fan base, including creating value online during the customer's research or lead phase, becoming the obvious choice during the buying or prospect phase and using a team approach for an over-the-top building experience. You'll leave with a four page template and instructions for creating your own raving fan management plan that can be implemented immediately.
What You'll Learn:
Learn how to use your website, blog, email and social media to attract buyers and differentiate your company from your competitors.
Discover how to distinguish your offerings from a competitor's during sales and design prospect meetings.
Examine how to use your entire team, including trade partners, to create a fun, easy and pleasant building experience.
Systematize and execute a plan for getting your newly created raving fans to send you more referrals than ever before.
